This is just a kitchen-lover's paradise. So much stuff that I would love to have in my kitchen. Just have no space for it 😪

Went into Lakeland Watford on Saturday 24th September to purchase 2 x Teatool. The young lady behind the counter came and showed me where they were kept in the shop. This lady was very polite and friendly, very good customer service Indeed. So I wanted to say thank you to this lady for the lovely customer service I received.

Well organised. A lot of good items. Reasonable prices. Very clean. We'll worth a visit.

Beautiful shop full of quality cookware. Unfortunately they didn't have the little muslin bags I wanted for making bouquet garni in.

Visited Sunday 19/06/22 specifically for remoska racks I brought both the standard and the grand racks £9;99 £10:99 respectively I brought them for my combination microwave oven as the rack was missing as this was brought second hand but totally brand new and only £25:00 from British heart Foundation shop Hemel Hempstead Herts well worth the train fare. yes some stuff is a bit dearer than other places but I've never been let down by the quality with any products plus there a very few kitchen accessories shops anywhere and not all of us like or want to order online and I used both racks yesterday and again today I wish I could give more stars

Helpful staff and clean, visually looks great.
Bought some black bags as in image and for bags that cost £5 as in image the the bags are of really poor quality. They tear when opening the bag to place them. Please see imag.

This well known kitchen cum household appliances and accessories chain of shops is largely well stocked although recent times are a bit challenging with a number out of stock items. Prices are modest to high for some of really quite run of the mill items. My biggest bug bear of these places is you can go in one week find what you want go back a little later and everything is shuffled round to a different location. This is a very old ploy to get customers to buy more than they need by having to walk round large areas of the store and pick other items up. Lakeland it doesn't work for me, I just turn round and walk out the store.
The staff are always courteous and try to be helpful, but even they can't keep up with this lunacy. Try a little harder Lakeland and you will have a great store.
