In-Toto Kitchens

A cliché I know, but fate (and fortuity) really did bring us together.
My wife and I were looking for an established kitchen design studio that was open on a Sunday – the only day we were both available, and InToto were open!
Amish informed us that he’d made the decision to open on Sundays, to avoid missing opportunities to work with customers that are only available over a weekend.

From the moment we met Amish we knew that he was someone we would entrust to ensure our kitchen dream became a reality. We already had a reasonable idea of what we wanted, but Amish – who had clearly become as excited as us, quickly understood our requirements and within 24 hours provided us with a design presentation, (although I’m not suggesting here that every design will be turned around as quickly as ours!).

Amish continued to work both with us, and on behalf of us with our building contractor, and throughout the design-to-installation journey he ensured we’ve had little to worry about. He has accommodated timescale changes – and consequently the associated liaison with manufacturers, provided advice that influenced our decision with design, and most importantly he has ‘been there’ for us – whether at the end of a phone (at all hours), or on-site overseeing the installation.

We could not have wished for a better service, better communication, or to work with someone as genuinely concerned with ensuring complete customer satisfaction – and we are! As such we would unreservedly recommend InToto – Northampton.

From the minute we arrived at the showroom the service has been excellent. We had been to quite a few kitchen showrooms and this was the first one where we actually felt that the Amish, the owner, wanted to help in terms of understanding our needs, desires and plans rather than just making a sale.

The price represented excellent value for money and especially when considering all of the work that was also provided in consultation and design of our kitchen. Even once placing our order the after sales service has been remarkable, we have had to make various changes to the design of the kitchen, all of which have not been a problem and have been made very easily for us. Also, working with us on the extra elements like worktops and appliances has been extremely useful. Overall, we completely trust all of the planning that has gone in to our kitchen, no problem has been too big or too small and the service has been amazing.
We are overjoyed with how our kitchen has turned out and would definitely recommend In-toto Northampton to anyone.

I first came across In-toto kitchens Northampton randomly when on my way to a business meeting. The showroom stood out from across the street, had a distinct look of quality and seemed to deliver that something a bit more unique than your average kitchen reseller.

From initial consultation with Amish at In-toto Northampton, through to design and ultimately delivery, every aspect of the experience left us feeling excited and that we had realised true value. As an example of this, even if a small error was made by someone in the process, Amish owned it, and in turn fully accountable for the fix and ensured complete satisfaction on our side, as well as a speedy resolution. This is incredibly rare as most businesses nowadays seem to try and flow as much risk down on to their customers as possible!

In-toto provided more than its money's worth as the quality and value it brings created a wow factor to our house. Our kitchen is now the absolute centrepiece in the home and subject to many complimentary remarks from all that walk through the door...a very worthwhile experience indeed!

I would highly recommend Intoto kitchens, I thought I knew what it was looking for but when I walked into the showroom I changed my mind, Amish was amazing from the moment I came through the door even though I had a limited budget he made me feel comfortable and did everything possible to help me create the kitchen I wanted.

I have waited a while before reviewing the kitchen units, I have had several kitchens in the past but the quality of the drawers and units seem excellent,

The In-toto Kitchens showroom has been in Northampton for years but this is the first time we've tackled such a big job.
From our first step into the In-toto showroom, Amish and his wife made us feel comfortable and encouraged us to think about what we didn't like in our existing kitchen. We were shown samples and presented with options but what really impressed us; was the pride and enthusiasm about the products but most of all, honest and valuable advice about the materials, the appliances, colours and specifications. Amish worked with our budget and recommended a builder. We love our kitchen, we spend so much time in there now. The quality of the units and the design of the overall kitchen is perfect for us. It's great for us as a couple and for having friends and family with us.

Having just spoken to Amish again I'm extremely grateful that there are companies out there like his (just wish I could find more of them).
Excellent knowledge of products and more importantly honest and friendly advice, in this instance with nothing to gain. Thanks Amish, I will be back!
