As easy and alluring as it is to order from click2campus, DON'T do it! I ordered 2 packs, days in advance. I received an email saying due to overwhelming orders, It would be a day late with bedding arriving the same day as a priority. I have not received anything at all and it's the 3rd day. I have had to sleep on a bare mattress for 2 nights. Don't bother contacting them- they never pick up the phone, their website captcha is broken meaning you can't contact them directly. And they never respond to direct sales email. I am £85 down, and as a poor student that can really make or break the bank. I've had to buy everything from scratch from wilko- my bank looks pathetic.

I wish I could give this service less than the one star it most certainly does not deserve.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CLICK2CAMPUS! I ordered an all essentials pack back in August and although I received my order the day I moved into my residence, it turned out that it was not my order at all and instead they send me the order of another girl with a completely different invoice. I have tried mailing them several times now and called approximately 30 times during the last 5 days but they never pick up the phone and never called me back.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I have had to buy everything myself and just hope that I can get the money back some way...
