I oversaw as my young daughter purchased an Evoque here, and was blown away by the help and care she received from Martin Flint. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The bonus is that the car absolutely does justice to the Range Rover brand.

I have to start my review by saying that since purchasing my brand new Evoque in 2016 I have been consistently disappointed with the service. In fact I usually take my car elsewhere for servicing. A call back on an engine bolt meant I did return to Jardine Motors. Due to misinformation from the call centre rep there was a last minute cancellation by Jardine which annoyed and inconvenienced me. However, once Joshua Curtis took over everything went smoothly. His friendly demeanour and exemplary customer service left me rather taken aback. Thank you Josh. 😁

Worst dealership i have dealt with by a country mile. Taken my deposit and because i never liked the car my calls/emails are being ignored.

Trying to get my deposit back is literally a myth. Reading the reviews looks like its a common theme. They are quick to take your money but refuse to refund!!

If i could give 0 star i would.

from a 5* retailer to a -5* retailer in one day, Well Jaguar you certainly know how to lose your customers, you give a price for a 3+ service and m.o.t. of £423 for the oldest Jaguar in our household,then on arrival you put the most unhelpful member of staff possible you could find in charge and say that does not include parts it is £650 plus parts, with the attitude of that`s the price if you don`t agree leave, not only did i leave i also took my 20+ years of custom and the purchase of two new vehicles with me to, also you promised a phone call from a manager on monday morning, did not happen no surprise there either. not zero stars but -5 stars absolute horrific service Jardine Tonbridge what has happened to a once 5* retailer you really do have to improve.

The car is everything I expected and the dealership is impressive. However, I think Patryk could have generally done better and after making an obvious mistake regarding the tow-bar he/they did not handle this very well, resulting in numerous frustrating emails, when eventually I agreed to except a small refund which I had to chase for payment! I am sure you are a professional business and take your customer experience seriously, but unfortunately mine was ruined and I hope lessons will be learnt by everyone involved.

Whoever does the little decorations on the cars in the window needs a raise. I drive past every day and almost instinctively look over to see what new festive decorations are up. One week it’s balloons, this week it’s presents! Although I don’t need a new car it’s a very good marketing technique!

Terrible Service. Waiting 5 weeks and still being refused my car after paying £38k for it. Made excuse that we could not have a friend collect, as we tested positive with covid. Now re-advertised it for £2000 more than we paid. Still waiting on a refund weeks later. Wont answer phone or emails. Buyers beware. Worst experience ever!!
