CoLaz Advanced Aesthetics Clinic - Hounslow

I have been a customer of Colaz Hounslow for about 5 years and have bought numerous packages. I first came in 2017 due to excessive face hair growth on the chin, and after some sessions (about the first 10), my hair growth is much less and not an issue anymore. I have also done packages combined, such as face and armpits, which have been successful in reducing hair - e.g. the armpit hair still grows, but much thinner and significantly less than before.
During covid lockdown 2020-2021, there was a postponing of all treatments. Throughout that time, there was high email correspondence to let us know about possible opening times and a few calls to arrange future appointments. Despite lock down making a long absence of treatment, you still felt in tune with the Colaz. It gave you confidence about returning and we were promptly informed about the measures they put in place to make it covid safe .
The manager Supreena is really considerate and goes the extra mile to make sure she understands what you want or don’t want. On numerous occasions she has been very accommodating and helpful when I had questions or concerns regarding packages. Colaz beauticians, Hinde and Pretty are ones you can trust really well and I have had many good sessions with them. The receptionist Jyoti is very warm and helpful and makes the lobby area feel very welcoming and bubbly. Other members I have had good experiences with are, Ionna and Valerie and many more beauticians.
Overall, I am very satisfied and its why I keep coming back and give Colaz five stars *****. Since laser hair removal, I have much less facial hair, and thinner hair growth in many areas so it’s something that works. Thank you to all beauticians and to the manager who have provided a good and friendly service.

She is very knowledgeable and takes good time and makes extra effort to explain about the procedure. I'm glad with my results. I am a little disappointed with Colaz Hounslow, I was 7 minutes late and for my appointment and they took someone else in for treatment, most of my appointments I had to wait a few minutes due to clinic running late with the appointment earlier or took too many people to fit in however I after speaking to the receptionist , she said if the client is late they can’t be seen but we can keep the client waiting if we are running late on other appointments . I am also not satisfied with results because all my hairs are back just how it was before the treatment and I had many treatments . I am just sharing my experience however it might not be the same for others .

Val did deep cleanse on my face and she was amazing. My skin was cleansed thoroughly and feels so soft and she got rid of all my black heads. Well done Val ! And I will now have it done regularly.

Hind was brilliant and very helpful and talked me through the procedure. The team has been very helpful in booking me in and offered me water with classical music playing in the background. Professional service throughout

I have been coming to Colaz for over a year now. I get fully body laser and some skin care products both of which have been amazing. My treatment with HIND today has been exceptional. She made me feel comfortable, non judgmental and great customer experience. Not to mention that today the treatment has been completely painless. Thank you HIND I cannot wait to see you soon

I’ve been a client for over two years now, a couple years back had laser hair removal sessions done with Hind who was great and just today had a full body massage and deep cleanse facial with Rekha, she was absolutely amazing. I feel great and am looking forward to my next sessions with her in a months time
