Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery, Lens Replacement Surgery, & Opticians: Aylesbury

I absolutely loved the Aylesbury office of Optical Express. Rebecca and Kiru were so friendly and the whole vibe of the office is so vibrant and full if positive energy. Going ahead with my laser surgery was very much influenced by my experience with them. I understand Rebecca is relocating to a new Portsmouth office. I hope they realise they're getting a true gem.

Appalling customer service, I find it quite frankly embarrassing that a company of this scale had the audacity to leave me a voicemail stating that they have to move my appointment as “there is no optometrist available” after booking it in and sorting out a lift (as I was advised not to drive) as-well as booking time of work. In the voicemail I was told to call back to get an earlier time on the same date when I called back I was told they are shut on that day. And the next available appointment is the 17 days later. The lady on the phone stated “it’s not our fault” which I found extremely patronising and condescending. If they can’t manage a simple calendar how can you trust this company with your eyes.

I had such a positive experience at OE Aylesbury on Saturday. Amanda was very kind and caring, answering any questions I had, and going through the lasik procedure made me feel at ease. I am now booked into having the surgery in January all thanks to Amanda! I can’t wait to get my sight back after wearing glasses since a toddler.

Themselves arranged appointments for Saturday and they cancelled last minute on both occasions. I have refused to reschedule due to inconvenience caused. Tells you a lot about a place!

I had a free consultation for laser eye surgery with Optical express in Aylesbury. Great team, all nice and kind. I had my surgery on monday in the Reading clinic, surgeon was fantastic, same the scrub team. I wasn't nervous at all. Really positive experience. I will definitely recommend it.
