The Washbowl Launderette

This launderette should be an ideal solution to washing large items such as duvets etc but the owners are more intent on stealing customers money by not refunding money that the machine takes in error & there's never anyone on hand to provide assistance, on top of this the machines are extremely smelly ( full of bacteria no doubt) I visited this place a few weeks ago & will never be repeating this again as I've been robbed of £4.00 & am worried my blanket has more bacteria that it went in with.

Absolute rip off and the machines don't even work properly. The pay station slots are faulty and numerous customers have complained that their money has been swallowed. A bit of a sham and excellent way to rinse people.

Reasonably satisfied although some dryers are better than others...

Really good service!

Come this morning, was 8.05 just knocked on the door as it was closed.
The lady come down and started swearing at me, I just ignored her.
Not a nice experience and poor service especially getting sworn at first thing, opening up on time would be nice so people aren’t waiting around. Not everyone has time on their hands.
Disgusting behaviour!

Went earlier to use dryer. 1 dryer faulty other all full. Opening hours says 5 pm,6 pm fully closed. I went 5.15, again. Door locked. I asked the lady, she said in sign language it’s closed.
I need only 20-25 minutes for drying.
So it’s going to be like 5.45 all finished.
She even not bothered to ask is it washing or drying. All dryers empty and few customers inside.
2 dryer wash, no place for drying.
Last week went for drying put £2
Only showed £1 other pound swallowed.
Again went out to change and dried the cloth.
Very bad customer service

Good and all the time busy...

Nothing bad about it just went in paid money and dryed my clothes and then came out of the shop. Nothing exciting Nothing bad just a regular Washbowl Launderette
