Launderette

Gutted! Returned to the laundrette today to find Lisa has been dismissed. I can’t believe this lovely lady isn’t here with her contagious smile and willingness to help. What a horrid injustice in times when we need people like her to help us back to normality. Hopefully, the business owner will reconsider and realise what a valuable member of the team he has let go!
This was my first post 3 months ago.. First time back in many years as moved back to the area and WOW! Lisa is lovely, helpful and did a service wash for me this time. The place is clean, machines look well maintained, no “Not in Service” anywhere to be seen. Parking is a doddle for free outside and charges are very competitive. My washing was returned to me clean, dry and folded... perfect. Would Highly Recommend and shall be a frequent customer.

I gave this 3 stars because machine number 36 did not rinse the clothes, so I had ro wring by hand. I tried calling the assigned number for assistance but they weren't accepting calls. The dryers are good though.

The place is just ok. I came as turist to do my laundry with no detragent or softener, the automatic dispenser for it took my last coins but never supply any. And no one to talk to. I had to borrow then from a nice old man. A Very non professional business

I have always had experience with the payment system today I paid £7 to dry and had only £3 worth because the system. Instead of start I press cancelled still I was charged. I found another guy there too who warned me straight that one of the drier has taken his £3. Worst no one answers the number don’t even know why I bothered on previous occasion with a man in the answer was we can’t do anything to help.

The zip was broken on my coat, I called in to see if it could be repaired. It was looked at straight away and miraculously was fixed. Delighted with the excellent service.

Great Launderette with clean machines. Jane was super helpful. My 3 duvets are lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend.
