Terrible alterations and high priced . Was very disappointed

I have experienced the worst customer service today. I was recommended to come here by 2 separate people and I have experienced nothing but poor customer service. I came with a coat and shirt and had to come back twice for each item asking them to redo it. They lost the button to my coat and ruined the condition of my coat. The lady in the shop today was rude and aggressive and stereotyped me and threatened to call the police. I couldn't even get my complaint across. When I asked about their refund and complaint policy she shouted that she does not own the business and she cannot give me money from the tile when that wasn't what I asked for. When I explained I am a paying customer and you are running a business here this isn't the how to treat a customer, her response was 'I don't care' and shouted at me to get out the shop in front of other customers stereotyping me as an 'aggressive' person! Never coming back here again and I will tell my experience on every review platform for this shop so that others do not experience the same poor service!!!!
