Central Laundry Express

A rare example of a well run launderette, staffed by genuinely helpful and friendly humans.
Despite this apparent overhead the prices are low. Service washes, change and everything else you need are offered.

Closed today 12/08/22 with a sign on the door saying closed until 8th August. No way of phoning ahead or checking online.

Under new management - extortionate prices £1 for 5mins.
Was 5* under the old management

Staff are lovely, the prices are decent. I only go to dry my clothes but they are done within ten mins! And i usually take 3 bags worth of clothes.

Handy place to know about when the weather turns friendly staff

Both times I've arrived at the laundrette there hasn't been enough time to do a wash and the lovely lady stayed on after hours so I could get me washing done.

4 quid for a big wash can't complain at that :)
