I am going to give many instructions to help you avoid talking to the lady working there because she was rude. I was reading the instructions & she said just put your money in. I said I'm reading the instructions. Then when I put the money in she said no come select your program because it's on cold wash. I said I want cold wash. She was not inviting at all. If you put a big bill in you have to push the button for change. The machine will not automatically give it to you. The machines worked well. It was about a 20 minute wash cycle. The dryer system is weird. Its 1 pound for 8 minutes but when you put your machine number in it only takes credit 50 pence at a time. So you have to keep entering your machine number until you use all your credit. Again the lady had an attitude as if I was supposed to know this. (Insert Eye Roll).

I like the fact that this is one laundrette where you can pay for you washing using your debit card. Taking the hassle out of looking for coins. Their washing machine prices are the same as other launderettes and parking is not a problem. There also tends to be a member of staff to help out.
The only problem I have with this laundrette is the price and time given when drying your clothes.

Took a mattress topper and cover in to be washed. Very friendly, helpful lady called Sarah advised me which size machine to use, and which setting. Easy payment using debit card, no need for coins. Three machine sizes, so had no problem fitting my kingsize feather mattress topper in the biggest machine. It said dry clean only, Sarah said it'll be fine in the machine - and it was! Easy to park outside.

If the owner actually cares about his/her business and potentially saving a business customer spending £50-80/week minimum, I would appreciate if you take my number from your book of orders, and call me to resolve this. Youre staff has stole my items and I want them back immediately.

Used their services 3 times. 2 of the 3 attendants were very helpful. One attendant was very particular and cleaned the machines after every use.
Points to note
1. Parking allowed for 30 mins only.
2. Some of the dryers don't dry well.
3. Though center open till 9pm, you can not enter after 8pm

We went to this lauderette to use the dryers at 8pm. The sign says it closes at 9pm. We could not get past a lady at the main door saying all sort of things like this closes soon, last wash is at 7pm, the lights will turn off automatically. We mentioned we are just here to dry and wash. Then finally she said, I'm going to lock and I wouldn't want to wait for you.

It's stated that the laundry is open at 8am both on the door and the website is showing its now open. I've been here since 8:03am this morning to try and get a early wash done before I start work and it is now 8:35am and it's still not open. As a business this is misleading information, doesn't matter how big or small your businesses are.
