It's contactless and in the centre of town

AVOID...Have used in past and been good, however will avoid in future. Paid for machines and wouldn't start. Have called number, sent texts but no response from 7th June. Now put of pocket by £20. Customer service is none existent.

Poor customer service, sent 2 texts and message on their own site. No reply as if yet. Paid for 5 machines one worked. Feel sorry for the students who use this place

Super handy when your dryer calls it a day! Can pre book online so you know it will be available when you get there

I’ve been using this laundrette for 2 years.
Let’s start with the positives, the dryers are the best ones around, never had wet clothes since using them.

Now for the negatives.
This laundrette is clearly being neglected. Despite calling and texting to attempt to inform the owners of the maintenance needing to be done, they have been unreachable. Out of 5 washing machines only 1 of them works. 2 of them have broken locks that have been snapped off preventing them from working. 1 of them has a lock fault which means it takes your money and can’t work and 1 of the washing machines is out of order.

As a loyal user of this laundrette unfortunately this place doesn’t fit my needs anymore. I’m going to have to switch to a different one in order to get my laundry washed.

Please fix your machines.

The machines are paid by an app which is full of glitches in my experience. I was very frustrated.

Unpopular opinion by the seems of it but I think it’s fantastic! The app is quick and easy to use and the store is always clean including the machines. I only use the dryers but my clothes always come out amazing, soft and always non creased! Many many functions to pick from and you can track your load from the app if you wanted to wander around the shops while waiting!

So bad. Only 2 machines working, app is the worst. Don't waste time, just go to andys on wigan road
