Bush Fair Launderette

I wouldn't even give one star if i could. The staff are rude and are only interested in going home early. I came in at 14:05 when the closing time is at 15:00. I had nearly an hour to go, only to be told that they are not taking any more today. The water gets turned off at 14:00 apparently. Lovely job for wasting my time and cab fares both ways. So apparently if you are there at 13:50 and start a wash your only gonna have 10 minutes of washing time. LOL! I really can't believe that they are open at all and am completely surprised to see any positive reviews (i would actually question if they have reviewed themselves in all honesty).
In summation i think the best review i could possibly give for accuracy is a very rude 0, to reflect the rude 0 rated service I have just been given.
Avoid at all costs and go somewhere better, i.e. the Stow. Friendly, helpful and an all round pleasant visit there, but for some reason not here.

This place is lovely. It smells fab and they let you do your washing, dry it, fold it and take it home all neat and tidy in less than an hour for about a tenner! And they let you watch cheap daytime tv for free. Lots of plants gives the place a truly tropical feel.

Best launderette in Harlow by a country mile, so lucky to have it in walking distance. Friendly staff as well as customers.

This is a fantastic launderette always clean well kept and has excellent staff, especially Kim .Kim has had to wash lots of smelly sports kit this week .

Went here as we just moved to the area and didn't want to use up space with a dryer. Went in and felt weird and uncomfortable after talking to the staff there. Felt like I'd walked into a locals only pub where I wasn't welcome. I said I had stuff to dry that I was planning on coming later to dry.

Machine washing users have priority so it's unlikely you'd get your stuff dried if not using their full service. Saved my money in the long run and bought a mini dryer.

Would have been regulars, but whatever.

11/08/21- I went to wash a client clothing which costed total of £32. I gave the lady £40 , realised when I got into the car that she only gave me £4 change. When I went back to collect the clothing, I told her that she only gave me £4 but she denied this - said she gave me £8. I told her to check her record for that day and she did . She wrote £36 down on that record under my receipt no. When I pointed it out to her , she became defensive and rude. I told her to call her boss ( Tony) which she did but he refused to speak to me. Told her to take my number and he would call me back but he never did.
So disappointed in their service, they are untrustworthy people.

2 service washes for a quilt and very large bed throw. Staff very busy (running between dry cleaners and laundrette) but still very helpful and polite.
