Our family use 'drop and go' for our elderly parents laundry. The service is excellent! The washing is picked up in the morning and delivered back late afternoon. The staff that come to the house our friendly and polite and make a point of speaking to our elderly father who is housebound, even though the washing could be dropped with the person at the door. It is reassuring to know that not only does the company have excellent customer service, a quick turn around of their work, they are trustworthy and do really care about their customers.

Excellent service! Called up at 9am Saturday morning as I needed some duvets cleaning. Was told that they could be cleaned and dried for next day but they would try and squeeze in the job sooner. Dropped off everything before 9:30 and then had a call just after midday to say that everything was cleaned and dried. Both duvets were very clean and dry. Thanks for the prompt service!

Perfect used several times why we was renovating our kitchen and had no washing machine very nice ladies and was ready for me to collect on the stated day ! £15 for a sack full .

Took in a black bag of washing, wasn't prepared for a £36 charge. Must have been a lot in it. Other than that no complaints.

Located near Ellingham Industrial Centre. If you don't live locally to them it be difficult to access them without a car or taxi. They have reasonably priced service and keep up with their word. Simple turn up and drop your products then for next day collection . They didn't manage to get all the stains out but 95% was completed to a good standard

Charged £40 and was returned ‘ironed’ clothes in a worse condition than before. When messaged the manager the reply was: it’s can’t be us but we give you £3 refund. Just avoid the place if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Been using Drop N Go for awhile now, absolutely amazing service & a very fair price. Amazing attitude across the board with all of the staff & so accommodating! 10/10!!
