Lantern Launderette

I was quite shocked by the lack of customer support and surprised to be insulted when I questioned their working methods. I will not be visiting them again. If I could vote lower than one star I would. Don't waste your time or money

Very helpful place indeed when I never had a washing machine but you can't buy any powder here these days which really is NOT very helpful at all. Otherwise, all is good.

I have used the laundrette for dry cleaning my suit great value and excellent service. The staff have great customer service skills would recommend to anyone looking for great quality dry cleaning and laundrette services

We have had all our major laundry items sorted out at this Launderette and the service has been excellent. We highly recommend their services.

Used this last week a few of us did as were coach drivers and being away from home for a month it's a good place to wash and dry your clothes

A good service wash, about £15 a big bag all folded and packed.
Also do it myself now every Sunday and we ( me and two other gentleman ) now have a regular Sunday meeting spot. We chat about banking Folkestone in general. A Sunday wash club

The young lady in there is so polite, friendly & helpful.

Excellent machines, ressonably priced. Absence of attendant irritating. Phone Call not returned. Annoying.
