The Launderette

I’m a coach driver , first time here , was thinking it was self service, but no the lovely lady took my washing and had it washed and dried in an hour , as I had no where to park my coach .Massive Big thanks ! And will certainly be back !!

I’m not sure why they behave like this at this Laundrette but the customer service is zero. They do not make an effort to wash properly and Ontop of that , the whole staff is rude. Lady had the audacity to not was my clothes properly then tell me I look strange. Took my clothes back and she didn’t even let me dry them even tho I had paid £20 to wash them before and she barely washed them. If you want to use this facility, do the washing and drying yourself.

This place was a god send with all the recent cold wet weather. Helpful staff and open all day most days. Large dryers make light work of bedding including duvets. £1 per 7 mins in the dryer. Didn't use the washers but 5 large machines available. This place does service washes and on the occasion I was there, very popular.

They treated us pretty bad: they decided to gossip about us assuming we didn't speak english. Didn't say hi nor goodbye. We told them we were going to the cashier and that we needed two washing machines and we came back to find that they had already given away one of them. 0 consideration and 0 costumer service. Never coming back again.
