Launderette

The worst laundrette ever. Machines take money and not working, no chance to get refund. I put 8£ in the machine and did not work, i lost money and time. Dirty place, nobody around to look after the machines. Many of them not working. No phone number to contact for help whatsoever, instead there is a punjabi food advert leaflet. Awful place. Never gonna see me again. Most of customers complaining for the same reasons.

This launderette on Heath Road is great for local use. It isn't permanently staffed which can make dealing with mechanical issues annoying. It must have some staff though as it is clean inside and someone puts up the sign if a machine is out of order. Well lit and generally maintained it serves its purpose. Make sure you have your change ready, though the nearby shops are generally helpful. It has 2 duvet sized dryers which are good value for money and 6/8 normal sized. £1 gets around 20 mins dryer time (they take 20p 50p and pound coins). There are 3 sizes of washing machine which allow you to wash big items. A useful facility in the heart of Hounslow.

`Zero!!!!! if I could give it zero stars....machines are generally clean and effective, the prices are very reasonable, but the lack of respect, common sense and rudeness from the staff is beyond zero. It might be the owner's little s***, ha can't be the owner, he could really attend to a manner's school

Needs same TLC around the edges but a nice place.

Most of the machines are on but does not mechanically work so avoid this place. Only 3 out of 11 washing machines works and the rest don’t. There is no one in there to give you refund and no number to call and complain.

Absolutely terrible!
I came in here at 6:40 and on the website was saying that they will close at 7:30 but the person working in here, very rudly said that I have 15 min to dry my clothes cause he wants to go home.
I understand that, but at least, update your website timing cause it s creating issues with the schedule of your clients.
Very rude and disappointing

Decent enough. Does what's needed. Although today I went at 6:45 !,$ was told by a guy inside its closed. Sort of like last orders I guess. Decent sized washers and driers though.
