Great customer service

the lady was very rude to me and my mother, we told her we wanted to dry the clothes after we had left them at the shop and she cut the phone on me and didnt pick up after.

Brilliant service. Up beat and helpful staff.

Good customer service abit expensive to use and the opening time is misleading.

On the sign ( on saturdays) its shows 9:30am , online its says 10:30 on Saturdays , talking to the helper she said 10:00am.

I believe they open whenever they get there.

The lady who is supposed to help customers in need, was very much unprofessional. I had to call her 2-3 times for a help understanding how does the dry machine operate and how much it costs. She was busy watching serials on loudspeakers! She is quite rude to handle the customers

When i called them up asking about the prices for laundry, they told me £9 which is clearly written , but when i actually went to the shop to put it in they say £15. I asked the shop assistant to ask as she was new, she called her boss. He was soooooooo rude, he literally told me he doesnt need people like me (i live local) to come to the shop , apparently im too cheap to pay another £5. i pointed out his price on the board then he goes that doesnt matter. He has changed the prices. He thinks im a MUG!!!

I prefer to take it to my work place Canary wharf. At least they will respect you no matter who you are. Also they charge £15 for the same jacket.

He just should have been polite. Clearly his having a rough time . Its his fault
