Launderama

The woman who works there is extremely rude. I walk in through the wide open door at 6pm (the sign states they're open until 7pm) and am abruptly told I'm too late. I question, "But a wash only takes 40 minutes..." Very aggressively, she quite literally shouts at me in her response, "I DON'T CARE!! YOU'RE TOO LATE. READ THE SIGN ON THE DOOR." Clearly, the only knowledge I had was that they closed at 7pm. All she had to do was politely advise me of the situation (which I still do not know) and I could have been on my way. I was completely shocked at her tone and behaviour. A really horrible experience with a very obnoxious person. I will never go there again.

After reading the previous reviews I was pleased to find the staff exceptionally friendly and equally helpful. I used the service wash for 2 sleeping bags and this only cost £17, which is in my experience a very reasonable price. Based on these two things I shall be using them again in future and feel the 5 stars is a fair reflection of their service and my experience

Have got to say how shocked I am at reading the previous bad reviews.... I can only say from my own personal experience that I have ALWAYS found All the staff to be very helpful and pleasant... I only ever use the launderette to dry my washing and always ask first if they have a spare drier as I am aware that people who do there washing always have preference. But to say that the staff are rude I really do not understand at all in my experience a pleasant place to go will highly recommend xx

I have used the laundry for serviced wash for 10 Years at least and I am always very pleased with the product and service. The staff are friendly and helpful! I would ignore any negative reviews these folks offer a very good personalized service.

We had a beauty of a man help us dry our jeans. He hated much of everything in life but was a softy. It was a Seinfeld Episode. Hilarious!!

Emergency service wash. Super kind staff turned it round fast. Impressive.
