There needs to be more machines and old/broken ones replaced. It would be helpful if there was a way to see weather there where any spare machines.

Like 10 or 12 washing machines for hundreds and thousands of students living here?? Really???

On top of that the machines don't wash your clothes properly. There's no drawer to pour liquid detergent in. The driers are always set to 60 mins no matter what. I have to take my clothes out in fear that they'll get shrunken.

The app is very hard to use and confusing. It says u need a good 3g or 4g signal to use the app, but guess what, the internet doesn't work at all inside this laundry room

Once you get past the initial trying to figure out the machine phase it's pretty simple to use, downside is the drying is not great so for a medium-Large load complete 2 drying cycles or 1 and air dry to finish.
