K Launderette

2 machines are out of order, put clothes in a machine it took my money and nothing happened, there was no number to contact owner, and when I did find a number to call no one picked up. No one in the office, worst launderette I've ever visited.

When the mashine works, it's works perfectly. Pay only 1£ coins, one average washing circle is 30 mins/4£. Dryer: 1£\10mins. Opening times:
Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm, Sat-Sun: 9am-1pm

Well despite the previous reviews I thought I'd risk this place. Wish I hadn't but I suppose I got one wash out of it?

Most of the machines were out of order and those that weren't...were probably out of order too. One machine works. Suspiciously quick but expected for an industrial washer maybe. Though the next machine, ate the £4 and didn't start at all.

The people that live in the property attached almost seemed convincing showing concern that the machine didn't work and took money, but it appears they aren't responsible. A "lady" would arrive tomorrow (Wednesday) and inspect the machines. And since I've left them my number, I MAY get a call so I can return and get my money back...we'll see.

Surprised Rushden of all places doesn't have a launderette...missed business opportunity there I think.

Two stars because of so many machines out of order and lack of concern or belief in the unmarked machine not working. Thiugh am pleased one wash done and mostly dried.

I wouldn't bother using them, waste of time. I went today in an emergency as my washing machine broke down. All the machine at this laundry did was take my money and it didn't work. I tried calling the number displayed and that didn't seem to be working either. Very disappointed, I think one star is too kind!!

Avoid. First of all been here half an hour and no one here, shop left unattended, put money in to the machine and its not working. Probably out of order like alot of them in there, but not sign posted. Waste of time and money. Terrible and ridiculous. Should be shut down

Same as everyone else: half the machines have a note on them saying out of use, the others will swallow your cash and not wash your clobber. No-one about who is responsible for this place to speak to, and phone number is dead. Couldn’t find any business info on this place on companies house, although why I bothered to check I don’t know. The place is grim. Reported to the council though, perhaps they have some powers to enforce decent business etiquette or shut the place down. Please people! If you need a laundrette try the one on Victoria Rd next to Aldi.

Should have read the reviews! Machine took money but didnt work and phone number on wall doesnt work. Save your time and money go elsewhere!

No one about to help. One machine that does not say out of order is! It’s taken 6 £1 coins. Telephoned twice, dead line, lad in flat appears not to know who owns it. Complete shambles, first time at a launderette and not a great experience.if I could give 0 stars I would
