Morlings Solicitors

I used Morlings to purchase my house and I found it quite difficult to get hold of the solicitor/assistant (generally not available or I would leave a message and they wouldn't get back to me). They charge you extra to complete within 2 weeks of exchange (crazy!) on top of their original quote but by the time you find out about this when you sign the contract you have already signed up with the mortgage company and it would delay things to change solicitors... although in the long run this would still be more time efficient than continuing with Morlings! I advise you to avoid this company!

There should be 10 stars here. This firm is highly professional. Russell Morling and Claire Price treat each case with care and respect it deserves taking all your questions and giving full explanation thereof so that every client feels like they have been listened to. I cannot thank them enough

Phoned 3 times to ask for an appointment. Was told appointment would not be for 2 weeks I said that was ok.

An email was sent outlining the problems that were needing the help of a solicitor never ever responded too and even after ringing 3 times never got a call back with appointment.

The website says about being caring etc not my experience.

He worked very hard on the case to achieve the best outcome.

Not our normal solicitors, however I will be changing solicitors to Morlings. Went into Morlings as we couldn’t use our solicitors for a service and Harry was brilliant. He was so kind and took time out of his day to help me. Made me feel really comfortable and will be using Morlings in the future.
