I've had the pleasure of using Samantha Bradford at TWM in Fulham as a mortgage broker for one of my clients, who was going through a complex buy to let remortgage, following a divorce. The market conditions at the time meant that my clients mortgage offer was expiring, facing interest rates almost 3% higher than I had secured; it looked like completion before the deadline was impossible. Through Sams help and determination we managed to get the mortgage completed just in time.
