Magnus is very fair in his dealings and he has always gone above and beyond what was expected of him. He is well organised, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The most important factor for me was outcome and costs. Costs were always transparent and there was always give and take with fees. I always felt that Magnus was very honest regarding this matter. He is reasonably priced and provided the service that I needed. Needless to say that the case went in my favour (despite the usual court ups and downs) and I won a house mortgage free with it.
Divorce is never cheap if the other side is contentious so it is more about reducing collateral damage. Magnus can definitely help with this.
Subsequently, he represented my brother and a friend. we all got the outcomes that we wanted and the one piece of advice I would give is that you get what you pay for in law.
Magnus is fair and honest, and the kind of person anyone should want representing them.
Cannot forget Emmie Hodges who supported Magnus with my case, who works just as diligently.
There were a number of areas that left an impression. The overall professionalism of everyone in the team, their clear support and empathy at every interaction, and the organisation's network of supporting resources. This network of barristers and mediators ensured that the right person with the exact skills could be called upon to address the problem, whatever it was, and it was clear that these individuals respected Katie and her practice.
Katie herself was fantastic. I would not have wanted anyone else in my corner.
