Fantastic customer service and delt with a confiscation case for me. Would recommend them with a gaurantee, that black ford solicitors will work with the best intentions to get you the best outcome. If I could give 10 star ratings I would give them 10 times that.

I called them looking for a solicitor. The two receptionist I spoke to sound very incompetent and their office for London clients is in London. I followed my intuition and did not hire them. I am sad to read the review below about discrimination towards disabled people. I can just imagine how this has happened. The receptionist had no skills in dealing with people.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR RATING I WOULD !!! I’ve never met a more incompetent solicitors, they don’t answer the phone , and they don’t respond, they only care about the pay and not the client . Once they lost a case they neglect and leave there client . They are the most sh*ttest firm and I wouldn’t risk my life , working with these people. They are useless, and unprofessional. Do not trust this firm !!!!

We have had the good fortune to have been using this company for many decades and they have given the best representation possible, i knew this company when they started up many years ago and cream rises to the top. Their integrity is phenomenal and their commitment to your case is solid and comforting. I,m astonished at some of the negative comments on here and can only imagine that the full story isnt being declared by the people writing the reviews. If you need a solicitor that truely has your best interests at heart and knows their stuff and won't be tripped up then these are the people to use. They are the defenders of the realm 😉
