We used Karl and Debbie to move last year. They were both fantastic. Debbie was so helpful and gave us all the advice we needed to make sure that the move went smoothly. Debbie communicates well to us and to Karl to make sure we moved on time. She was able to go through all the documents to make sure that we understood what we were signing for and done correctly. This was done in the height when everyone was moving due to there being no stamp duty costs. They were so busy but always gave us time to discuss issues and everything was completed when they said it was going to be completed by. They were also great with the estate agents!!

Incredible service from Karl Dunkley - would highly recommend. Karl kept us up to date through the whole process, it took weeks longer due to an issue with paperwork on the house we were purchasing, However Karl remained persistent with estate agents,solicitors & management companies to ensure our sale & purchase completed on time. I would go as far as to say he went above & beyond what was required sometimes calling me with updates way past 6pm. He remained professional but empathetic throughout as we had a couple of issues, also offering emotional support . I wouldn’t hesitate to use Karl’s services in the future or recommend to others.
