Andrew Burrows dealt with the sale of our home and subsequent purchase of our new property. He was patient, thorough and concise at every stage of the process. The purchase was by no means straight forward, but Andrew persisted with our queries to get a resolution. He was in touch with us regularly and was very rarely unavailable when we tried to contact him- if he was in meetings, he would always call us back the same/next day. He even opened the office early for us to sign our contracts, as we couldn't get the extra time off work.

Very poorly managed.

Accepted me purchasing a property and then emailed me saying they couldnt take it on.

No real reason given.

Almost lost out on losing a property because of their poor communication skills.

Not recommended. Do not go with them.

Friendly . Average price . Solicitors we have used have been competent and try to complete work in time . We found with other solicitors we were just a £ so it's pleasant to find a different attitude . Parking at rear of office but is limited some street parking . Would recommend

Fabulous work from Sam Sharratt and Andrew Burrows on multiple occasions over the years - business related and otherwise. Most recently, Sam Sharratt dealt with the purchase of my first home whilst Andrew Burrows dealt with the purchase of the house next door for my Dad. In each case, fantastic and efficient communication with no delays whatsoever. We have no complaints and will look forward to working with Tinsdills for many years to come. Thank you guys!

Dealt with them over several matters over the last year and can't fault the service. Andrew is very efficient, helpful and professional. I've also found that matters are dealt with promptly and i'm always kept informed.

Terrible service! Uninterested in clients and poor communication. One and half years later my mother in law is STILL waiting for the sale of her property to complete. The buyers mortgage deal has already expired once and will soon expire for a second time due to the terrible service Tinsdills have provided throughout this process. This should have been a very simple sale with no chain involved, but Tinsdills have made this whole process incredibly stressful and they still refuse to provide an answer as to when the sale will be completed, meaning that the current buyer will most likely have to pull out. If you actually want to sell your property steer well clear of Tinsdills.

Buying my first house was made so much less stressful then I expected, however I'm sure that this is due to Tinsdills' dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Found everyone professional, supportive and friendly, but most of all approachable. Due to COVID the contact was slow, and all the corospondance was on line which slowed down the process,
