Checking I had filled in the paper work correctly and signing and stamping their official approval. They made it very smooth and do charge me for the service. thank you so much

Can’t thank the staff enough, they booked myself in on short notice as I needed a letter signed for our wedding with only 20 days to go. This letter takes 10 working days to process the staff couldn’t do enough and I am so grateful for there help. Covid has already postponed our wedding since 2020 a few little bumps along the way but we will get there. Thank you guys!

I went to Mark Reynolds solicitors after experiencing an accident during the Coronavirus pandemic. Initially I wasn’t going to make any claim however due to the nature of my injuries my solicitor guided me to make a claim and made the process very easy. Unfortunately during the process I suffered several miscarriages and then finally had my son at the end of my settlement. David Speed my solicitor made the process very easy and was tentative and empathic during the time. The process was not at all stressful and he got me an amazing settlement from the other side. David handled my case with professionalism and care and I am very grateful for his support. I highly recommend the firm and David if you are ever unfortunate enough to be in need of a solicitor especially in the personal injury department.

Genuinely upset to leave this review, i would ideally like to leave 0 stars however my experience at the beginning of our negligence claim was superb, this however didn't last as the excellent solicitor we had left the company. We moved on to a different solicitor who was nothing but useless, little to no communication, didn't care about our case because there wasn't enough money in it for himself or the company. Mark reynolds solicitors wasted three years of our time after the loss of our son in 2019. We went from being told we had a very strong case and a high chance of success, some justice for our son was right around the corner. Then we're told all of a sudden they are not taking our case any further. I was also told by Mark reynolds solicitors that no other firm would take our case. Unfortunately for them I have found a solicitor straight away that was more than willing to help us and take our case. I would strongly recommend not using Mark reynolds solicitors.
