I came to Abbey Law with a very personal and private matter. They accepted my case and they handled it brilliantly! The solicitor was compassionate yet realistic & very knowledgeable. The issues were dealt with in a timely fashion and every aspect of my case was communicated clearly. My case was fully resolved with a fantastic outcome. It also helped that Abbey Law is easily accessible by train and by car. Even the office space is well lit and offers privacy to clients, along with a lovely cup of tea!! Received 20 mins free consultation that was informative. Very sensitive matter for my family which concerns a family member who is very poorly . I contacted abbey law few days later by email and phone explaining we would like to proceed. I
Unfortunately didn’t even get an acknowledgement for me email. The receptionist said she will get the solicitor to call me back. I still haven’t had the call. I have now gone with another company in Enfield who have been very empathetic and professional
