We are really happy with the service we received from Donna and Veena at Bishopsgate Law for our recent sale. The 2 person system worked really well, meaning that always one of them had an answer even when the other was out of office. We dealt most with Donna who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always replied to emails promptly, sometimes within literally minutes, which was so helpful and meant we didn't have to constantly phone to chase. Her emails were always well structured and easy to follow. She was also diligent in chasing the buyers' solicitors for answers when they were taking a bit longer than we wanted. We also really appreciated her flexibility in working late one evening to get our exchange over the line when our buyers' solicitors left it until the very last minute of the working day. I felt like we were always in safe hands. We will definitely be using Bishopsgate when we buy our next property and would hope to be assigned to Donna and Veena again!

We were somewhat concerned about selling our house and using an on line conveyancing service as previously we have always met face to face, but Covid has changed the way we all conduct business. Absolutely no complaints, we had a last minute rush to exchange and complete and both Marianna and Zaynab pulled out all the stops to make sure we completed and moved on the agreed date.
Costs were very reasonable for a legal practice, and less than half that of some competitors.

I can't recommend Bishopsgate enough. Rahul Chudasama and Gurjit Dhami were responsive, professional and extremely eager to help during the sale of my property.

They both explained every process in layman's terms to me so I could quickly understand the progress of the sale and were always available to give advice via email or phone.

The estate agent I used was unfortunately rude and unprofessional however they never lost their cool and continued getting my sale completed in a very professional and methodical manner. They're both a credit to Bishopsgate.

Also from a technical standpoint compared to other solicitors I've used in the past Bishopsgate also seem to embrace technology meaning everything can be organised, signed and sent over electronically which is a big plus in my opinion.
