Very thorough and polite family solicitors

Hopeless. Took four months for simple transaction to go through. Kept writing to us at the wrong address even though we repeatedly gave them the right one. Had to go in and ask over and over for paperwork. Solicitor was never in, didn't seem to realise he was representing us, had one phone call where he was extremely brusque. "Confidential office" means you can't go near the receptionists - instead you have to shout confidential details across the waiting room!
Avoid like the plague.
