I was recommended Wade & Wade by my mortgage broker for my first time house purchase. I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of 1-2-1 support and quality of communication with the company and the Charted Legal Executive that handled my case, Claire.

Clair and the firm’s focus on the customer experience has really impressed me. I’d heard horror stories of how it is to deal with conveyancers and braced myself. My friends who have previously bought their first homes have told me their with their experiences with their solicitors were the same as mine.

I was never left in the dark and never had to wait long periods of time without responses. Claire was excellent at communicating (what I would consider) complex information in layman’s terms. At the end of the day, I’m not an expert, so I really appreciated the effort to communicate in a way that I could understand. I was free to ask questions and they were always answered.

I’ll be sure to come back to the company when I eventually seek to sell and purchase my second home!

I want to profoundly thank Claire Ford and Wade and Wade for the super human effort they showed to sort out our move. Whilst the other side were one of the worst legal firms I’ve dealt with, Claire was one of the best in nearly 20 years of working with legal professionals in my work as well as privately.

It was a very challenging move with the buyers solicitor making spurious claims and providing false information that resulted in us having to live somewhere else with none of our stuff. Claire worked every hour possible to resolve the situation. She was immediately available at any hour of the day and brought her invaluable expertise, drive and calm under pressure to resolve the situation.

Couldn’t be more impressed that they actually cared about their clients and went out of their way to help. Something rare that is valued immensely and I would urge people reading this to consider this as it’s a critical factor in choice of solicitor.

Brilliant! We used them to purchase our flat in Essex. Everything done online so no issue. We found them to be cheaper than some but the service was second to none. Efficient and friendly, never had to wait more than a few hours to return calls. Were completely on the ball and we’re always waiting for the sellers ineffectual solicitor. Communication was excellent. would definitely use again.
