I have used HPJV solicitors for a new house purchase. The service and support has been fantastic. Very quick in all managements and arrangements. I didn´t have any kind of delay or problem. Personal, email and phone responses as well very clear, quick and effective. Very good price for value. For sure I will repeat in case I need again a solicitor service. Really recommendable.

Excellent service. Ive often found solicitors take days and sometimes weeks to respond to calls and emails, but HPJV got back to me immediately every time.
Professional service, great advice and did their best to give the best value. All work completed to a high quality, swiftly with no fuss. Thanks

Excellent service. Our case was handled by Daniel and Scott who were always available to answer questions, were very understanding and sympathetic and most importantly did a great job. We had the best result possible and are very grateful. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I had a buyer for the flat I was selling in 2020,it took a bit longer to get probate which they got 24 aug 2021,after 3 different conveyancing solicitors and 8 months later the flat was finally sold.i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Just incredible bad customer service. Un answered email, can never get through on the phone and when I mentioned how I felt as a new customer, I was told to find some other firm to carry out my business. I'm a first time buyer and new to this process, I've had an offer accepted and have used this conveyancer on my mortgage application. I now feel stuck in the mud and don't know what to do.

i was represented by a solicitor at this firm a couple of years back who failed to declare they were friends/ had history with the person who brought false accusations against me - there was a very serious conflict of interest which should have been declared immediately in the interview room at the police station. I now know that if i was represented by somebody else at the police station the following malicious prosecution would never have happened, a prosecution which has charged my life forever - for the worst and has caused huge issues further down the line many years later. I wrote to this firm of solicitors several times over a long time frame, clearly broken at the time, but never received a formal response. I have still have not received any formal response why it was ever allowed for me to be represented by someone who has history and I now believe, solidarity, with my false accuser. Now I know why I was offered no helpful advice afterwards after police interview or even told it was even malicious prosecution either on paper evidence only. A very serious conflict of interest indeed which has had huge ramifications to me and my family. Please note that names have not been revealed to protect all parties including the false accuser, a friend of the solicitor. I do not accept that because of the unique name of the false accuser and his historic contact with the solicitor on social media on very personal matters that this solicitor rocked up to the police interview not knowing who my false accuser was particularly as we discussed, AT LENGTH, the accuser's business name and his trade. I know my life would be very very different to what is is now if that solicitor honestly declared their conflict of interest. EDIT: - the false accuser was observed making contact with this solicitor in relation to a family death on social media whilst I was still on bail and has made contact fairly recently so they havent even tried to hide they know each other well

I have instructed HPJV in a family matter between February-November 2021. I had the pleasure of working with Ashleigh who is extremely personable, professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Family Law. She never ever sugar coated the facts, or simply told me what she thought I wanted to hear. My case was extremely high conflict, and Ashleigh was always on hand to provide me with support and to work with me for the best outcome for the child at the center of the case.
Unfortunately due to covid all communications have needed to take place via emails/telephone, which does lead to some delays when working on statements, responding to communications from the other side, but this was out of HPJVs hands somewhat due to covid regulations.

I would definitely recommend HPJV to anybody seeking representation in family law, and would highly recommend Ashleigh personally. With her expertise I was able to secure the best outcome in my case.
