Do not use this firm they are the most unhelpful useless firm i have ever dealt with. Drove 40 miles to meet people that never turned up, an absolute disgrace of a company. Still awaiting settlements that has been ongoing for ages even though case has been settled. Rude people.

Absolutely awful service, took my case on and without explanation dropped it via letter after 2 months and attending independent doctors review. Called on numerous occasions to clarify the contents of letter to be told Mr Andrew Dunne was on phone and would call back....... still waiting !!!

Love to hang on to YOUR MONEY. Choose another firm. Every trick in the book to slow down the transfer of cash from their account to yours. Even when BACS was requested, this too appears to take several days to arrive. My non fault accident was 15 months ago and still awaiting my final compensation. And still waiting despite them receiving the compensation from the other party solicitors.

Rubbish solicitors and the worst by far. Not responsive sent several emails and calls nothing back. They only call when they need something. Slow and poor communication. Rude and talk over when talking. Very unprofessional and do not recommend this company. Waste of time and money. Unsuccessful claim. Ibrahim Natha was there person dealing with the case. Useless and unprofessional person.

Cheaters and most likely scammers, do not give any personal information to this company. Another company called pretending to be linked to our insurance company and tried to force us into making compensation claims we had very little desire to make, quoting high rewards for the amount that could be claimed (they most likely would have kept the majority of it had the case had been won). They then pushed you forward to 3 different people on the phone, ask for things like national insurance number(don't ever give this out to a company that you know nothing about) and tried to get you to sign a document while on the phone which I was not happy about. The original caller was no ID too so you can't call them back.

Unprofessional poorly trained staff who hang up on you when they dont know the answers to your questions. Rude and interrupting. A new 5 year old company who needs more experience before calling themselves solicitors.

Ella is an absolutely amazing case handler she fort my case when her boss had told her to basically give up & managed to win it for me.
