I recently went through a two long years divorce! Unfortunately in 2020 I decided to get a divorce, but also covid had just started hence it took 2 years. Anyway finding a solicitor is really difficult, and we all know solicitors can be nasty. We'll not Mr Davies and Alison his secretary. I am so happy I chose Hamilton Davies, the people the work there are absolutely and utterly amazing! Mr Davies is the most compationate, understanding, empathetic solicitor you'll ever find. He did not sugar coat anything and was alway direct. He fought so hard to win my case and he did! My experience of Hamilton Davies

You will only need a layer if you are truly in times of difficulty and I approached Hamilton Davies on 26 of Aug 2021. Very uncaring and unprofessional ; not responding to messages on time taking days even weeks. Very quick in taking the 900£ retainer. Sat on my case for 6 weeks which is time that I cannot get back. Cut my ties with them when all they give me were excuses and delays after another. Untrustworthy.

Lawyers have a duty of care to their clients and I did not feel that my interest was being represented nor did I ever feel that they were advocating for my cause.

I eventually had to get another lawyer which entailed additional cost.
