I have never before encountered such an unprofessional, disgusting and awful organisation.
Those in charge of running this "company" should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers in such a horrible manner. I am certain that if anyone had the audicty to treat them like they treat theur customers, they would raise complaints.
The so-called managers were horrific and lacked any form of customer service. The company purposely delays your case and lies all the time. There is a high turnover (probably because the employees realised that they were working for a company which lied to people on a regular basis and perpetrated fraud) and this delays cases.
I cannot believe how disgusting the members of staff were - rude, lacked compassion and a bunch of filthy, horrible liars.
One of these days, they are going to need help and if they get treated the way they treat others, then they shall realise how awful they are.
Disgraceful and disgusting company! Please do not ever use this company and I feel sorry for the employees who are clearly taken advantage of because of the high turnover rate.
