However the highlight was the Letter of Intent (see picture attached), where the same Mr Igbe kept for weeks postponing meetings and delayed the final signatures for several reasons (no clear line or legally logical), but he was already paid (!). At the end he admitted in a text message, he would not feel comfortable with this case and he rather leave it (fair enough), but he would like to keep the money of course. Please see on the picture, he signed already as a witness for one person, and stamped already for the second one (which is illegal to do so!) and then he dropped everything.
I would not recommend them after my experience with them. Working with them was a nightmare - thank God there are many others. If I would have got at least my money back, I would spared them the bad review...
[1] she was not my client: she lives in a house owned by well over 87 years old lady and who was sick and totally housebound [client 1] The lady's next of kin is her son [client 2] who had months to live due to cancer. Ms Dobrich purport to help these 2 vulnerable people [they have local authority carers who visit daily anyway] and they live at her mercy and basically do or agree to everything she does or says.
[2] Ms Dobrich has gotten these 2 clients to sell their house to her [since they are dying] by producing a strange ‘letter of intent’ to purchase the property for £280,000 and further, that she had spent £30,000 in improving the property. I interviewed client who stated it is what they wish to do. However, I smelt something wasn't right.
[3] I asked Ms Dobrich to obtain her own independent legal advice. She wasted enormous time and at last, she did not. I asked Ms Dobrich to produce receipts for the improvements carried out in the property; for weeks, she did not produce a single receipt. She was not a family member, she was not a relative, just someone who needed the assistance of a solicitor to steal tens of thousands of pounds from extremely vulnerable adults.
[4] I put my stamp on the documents and before client 2 had to sign, I said where are the receipts of improvements in the property and recent property valuation? she failed to produce same or any. I quickly carried out an online valuation of the property; it was worth £680,000; which Ms Dobrich wish to purchase for less than half price for £280,000. I declined to go ahead and she became very angry and nearly went violent on me.
[5] She held on to the documents and I asked her to return the documents to me for £70 refund. to date, she did not return it. She was very dishonest and I threatened that if she purchased the property illegally or use the documents that was partly signed, I shall report her to the social services and the police. I did not realize she has the audacity to post nonsense on the internet.
Ms Dobrich was not even my client. She wasn’t meant to talk to me or anything; she tried to bully me. The fact that she posted these documents that did not belong to her on the internet establish her pattern of behavior and I wasn’t prepared to be part of it.

They push you from post to pillar. It feels more like a conveyor belt. I left them right at the end of our dealings and took my business somewhere else.
I 'm so grateful for good advises and support
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
They' re always smiling, polite.
Would love to recommend this office
