I highly recommend Mansouri & Son for their legal services and advice. The team helped us to resolve a significant problem we had with a supplier on our house renovation. The service was well organised and the advice pragmatic and effective. A very welcome partner in a particularly stressful position.

Before starting my own review I suggest to anyone wanting to work with these solicitor firm to just search “Mansouri and sons reviews” and be astonished by the very poor reviews and scores for this firm they see. These people are total cons and delete the negative reviews on their own firm website so search wider.

Now into my review: I had a very bad experience with these people. It was in a particularly difficult stage of my life and these solicitor firm added more to my problems, headaches and complications by being so greedy, incredibly unprofessional and having such a low and poor working standards. Only the introduction consultation went well. They tried to impress me with very high standards, promises and full focus and achievements and professionalism. After getting the money they completely changed. They did not fulfil any of their promises and did not follow any of the procedures and plans they had promised and just wasted time with irrelevant circular steps and suggestions to get more and more money. They ignored the case for long periods and worse did not answer emails or phone calls or messages. I am surprised such a firm can work in UK where one naturally expects quality and standards are of an acceptable level. This firm has absolutely below standard customer service. They make up bills out of nothing for huge costs with highly false, inappropriate and fake items. These people are not trustworthy and have no quality, integrity or working standards. Avoid them all together and take your job to a decent solicitor firm. Mansouri and sons only rub you off your money and after six months you are still at the same place you started. I have complained to the legal ombudsman and SRA and suggest anyone who has been deceived by these people to do the same too.

An extremely poor service all in all. If it was possible to give them a zero score I would have definitely chosen that choice. Mansouri and sons is a a group of cons and charlatans that have no working ethics, legal knowledge of quality or any customer service skills whatsoever. They make fake promises and working plans for you in the introduction session to get your money. They pretend to have years of experience. All lies!! After you pay them the money you see their true face!! They completely change and all the promises and set plans disappear. They deliberately prolong the process by going round useless and vicious circles just to get more and more money from you. They copy and paste publicly available information about legal matters from the web in their paperwork and emails and charge you astronomically for those basic and trivial information!! They do not answer to your emails, messages or phone calls and completely ignore your case for months and months. They later threaten that any emails and phone calls will be highly billed and later create fake and highly questionable bills with so many irrelevant and non-existing items. They are supposed to follow the SRA code of practice but they do not. They are a firm of con and indecent people. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use these firm for legal cases is to think twice and AVOID them. They have poor service quality, are irresponsible and are simply useless and indecent.

Terrible service. I arrived 10mins late after been told I could do and got pushed out of the door.

**Response the reply. I was 10 mins late and called to check I could still come if I was late because I had two children with me in the rain. It was then confirmed i could still come. Regarding the printing comment, the gentleman stood in front of a printer while he said no. .. I was pushed out of the door with two kids, so that's a little unfair to put it mildly. Why would I ask for another appointment after such poor treatment?

After a mistake on our part, 12 years ago, the Home Office was refusing to give my wife any sort of visa. I'm a British citizen and have lived in the UK for 44 years. For 12 years we had been fighting the HO about this subject. Thousands of pounds had been spent and many so called useless solicitors tried. We even contacted our MP and all the PM's that have come and gone. 2 years ago after a comprehensive search we found Mansouri & sons. It took 2 years for our court date to come up (due mostly to covid). It was suppose to be on the 22nd November 2022. On the afternoon of the 17th November we got a call from Dr Cyrus Mansouri. It was the best call we have ever received. After strenuous negotiations with the HO they had managed to force the HO's hand and the HO agreed not to contest the case and issue my wife a settlement visa on Human Rights grounds. After 12 long and stressful year it was over. Thanks to the group of great men that are connected to Mansouri & Sons we got our lives back. So thanks to Dr Mansouri, Abraham, Sebastian and last, but by no means least, Jonathan Martin. Who through their hard work done something that no-one else managed in 12 years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs help with any law problems. Lastly we just wanted to thank the gentlemen, named above, from the bottom of hearts, for giving back our lives. And thank you again for your hard work.
