One of the best and most professional solicitors I have ever worked with. I've worked with MW Solicitors in a few occasions, and our point of contact and solicitor was Jasmin Powell. I was very happy with the support I received from Jasmin and her team. Everything was done very efficiently, and having them on our side was really a peace of mind. Jasmin and the team certainly went the extra mile for us, and I strongly recommend Jasmin in particular and MW Solicitors in general to anyone who is looking for a professional and reliable solicitor with fair fees.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a solicitor. I was passed to a new trainee solicitor 4 different times. On the day of completion I was told that they couldn't send the funds as they had forgotten to give me one form. I rushed to the office to sign it and was promised by Patricia Thornton it would be done that day. The funds never reached me. I was very disappointed but promised the next morning. The funds never came and I had to make an official complaint. The funds are yet to reach us!

This company is an absolute shambles and I would advise finding another solicitor who will do a proper job.

This re-mortgage process has taken 3 months where a trained solicitor would have done it properly from the start and complete within 4 weeks.

If your sale is time critical and you want a good service do not come to this company. Your sale will fall through with this level of incompetence.

Just to clarify the trainees were working under the wing of John McMillan one of the founders (he was cc'ed into every email) of this company and Patricia Thornton.

We bought our first property with the help of Samantha at McMillan Williams in Coulsdon, and have only good things to say about the experience. Everything went smoothly and pretty fast, while no stone were left unturned during searches and inquiries process. A good attention to details and clear communication made us reach completion quickly and with confidence that everything was properly done.

We are buying our first home and had a terrible experience with our first solicitor. We would spend days chasing for update and hardly any progress was made. We were a little worried about changing solicitor half way but within 4 weeks switching over to MW solicitor, we have exchanged and ready for completion this week!!! Our paralegal Gitanjali is so wonderful, she often emails us to give us timly update, which is so important to us. She also followed up with phone calls just in case we have any questions...simply outstanding! I would recommend MW solicitor to anyone who wants professional and friendly service!

We used MW solicitors for our sale and our purchase within a very complicated and complex chain of 4. We had instructed Sue Dark and her paralegal Roshni Pankhania. In all honesty, Roshni has been absolutely incredible through what I can only describe an extremely stressful and frustrating situation. She was honest, showed amazing initiative, she was efficient, and what I was so astounded by, was she was so easily contactable. Towards the end of it I was talking to her 2-3 times a day and without fail I would always get through and in the rare cases I couldn’t, I’d get a call back within 15 minutes. Her efficiency was relentless and did not go unnoticed. She kept us updated on a daily basis, even when she was away she would hand over thoroughly to her replacement who would keep on top of the situation. When we ran into trouble, Sue Dark also got involved herself and sorted out the situation with our vendors solicitor within the same day. Emails were always replied to, everything was so thorough. I cannot fault them and I would use them for any legal services to be honest in the future. Highly recommended and we are ever so grateful to them! Thank you

This is my second time, ive dealt with MW Solicitors, on both occasions they have been very responsive, helpfull, professional and reasonable. I recently just completed on our purchase. Jo Hillier was our solicitor, lovely lady, very responsive to emails. She sent above and beyond for us. Worked on a Saturday to complete our paperwork. We are both very happy with MW Solicitors and especially Jo. I will definitely, in fact have already recommended Jo to a friend and she is purchasing her property thro Jo too, will be using MW Solicitors and Jo Hillier again, if we decided to move again. For now, we are very happy in new home and hope to be for many years.
