I gave them a call today and at first the lady hung up on me. I tried again and was quoted £150+Vat to certify my passport. Unfortunately the lady did not know that I already got some information from a friend of a friend working in London as a solicitor, and knew that it should cost only £5 per document! Absolute rip off! Stay away!

Mark Brown was excellent, but was passed to his Colleague Chris, the communication was extremely difficult and lead to a near disastrous outcome, which ended up costing a lot of money to fix.
