Whitfields lost my conveyancing file. I entrusted them to keep it safe and they r legally supposed to keep it archived for 6 yrs. 3yrs later and it's missing. #leaseholdscandal

I used this firm a while ago for conveyancing. Bad communication and very slow even though it was a straight forward sale and purchase. Other solicitors unable to get into contact with them. Had to force the issue which resulted in contracts being exchanged on day of the sale which they charged extra for. Complained but got nowhere.

Great service received and have used them for numerous things. Sometimes the expediency of response could be better but that's probably based on my expectations of immediacy

Ignored my emails and phone calls after I paid for services. No contact from them regarding matters that they should have helped with when buying a house. AVOID and use elsewhere
