I had Louise do the legal work for my first time buy. Albeit it was an unplanned move to get her, she was still able to get the job done and my target completion date. She was thorough with the legal stuff and definitely knows what she is doing.

Only issue I really could identify is that there are times when it was difficult to get hold of her although she do try to call back to give you updates and when she doesn't I take it as "no update available" moments. Looking at other experiences from other solicitors, I guess this is very common with most of them.

In the end she was able to get the job done on the timeframe I was targetting so I can't really complain hence the five stars.

Also please note she works Tuesdays to Fridays.

Contacted this place by phone , left v,/ mail to ask them to return my call, never got reply , ?!!!

Not a good start as they didn't have my appointment down but all good and very pleasant after the mix up...sorted me out quickly and friendly .
