solicitors are nice i got my visa through them however the way of communication is so frustrating, they don't answer your call and if u email them sometimes they respond and sometimes don't. whenever u call them the receptionist always says solicitor is busy. In my case I have to chase every department to gather my documents because braitch solicitors are so busy with clients despite of this i am happy with their work .
