Mr Andrew Costley comes across as a genuine guy, he agreed to defend me in court in a few days time, this was agreed weeks ago. Called him to discuss my trial in four days then he said he can’t make it as he is on holiday, this after conferring with his wife asking if they were on holiday in FOUR days.

Or maybe he had a better offer, but didn’t have the decency to call me to let me know. Playing with peoples livelihoods, disgraceful service AVOID

Very poor advice given before a Interview, no help what so ever it felt like he was trying to prosecute me rather than the police, gave me attitude over the phone when I was ringing for help and advice and then hung the phone up on me, very disappointed with my experience from them and the lack of help I received, will never use this firm again!!

Very helpful firm and they went out of their way to assist me when I called in off the street without an appointment

They are representing a person we are buying a house from they never reply and make promises they do not keep

Very poor service of a simple change of name by deed poll. No authentication stamps spelling errors of surnames, just a calamity really from start to finish.
Sorry but you have let yourself down with incompetence.

Had Andrew Costley represent me yesterday and may I say what an absolute gentleman. One of the nicest men you will ever meet who takes true interest and care for the clients he represents. A quote he said several times to sticks in my mind and that is "Alex, it doesn't matter whether your a millionaire or poorper, I will represent you the same with the same legal advice." He did just that, too. I was released and the changes are being dismissed. Thank you Andrew, you Sir, are a credit to your profession.
