Called for legal advice, didn't speak with the solicitor. He seemed more interested in telling me that it would cost a great deal than offering any help. When I called him out on his attitude and said to cancel everything as I don't want to be represented by someone so rude, he threatened me saying "don't ever talk to me like that again" highly unprofessional and very upsetting. Do not recommend.

Parents paid for some deeds to be changed, told it would take a few weeks, 9 months later still nothing. When phoning up to enquire the person on the other end spoke like you were dirt. "You're not our only customer, we have hundreds". Not with that attitude you won't.

This is the second time that I have used Lara Hooper for conveyancing and I have to say I would not use anyone else again!
