I have recently dealt with Clearwater Solicitors for the sale of one property and purchase of another. The sale went very smoothly and without any problems or delays, however on my purchase of a house the vendors for whatever reason severely limited the time to complete the sale from 28 days to 14 days !!
However even though we were caught unawares by this Mohammed was up to the task and completed before the deadline.

Clearwater Solicitors , I had Damp at my flat for 1 year but Housing association would just put there head in sand hoping it would go away . After a year I made contact with Clearwater Solicitors after another year of fighting my case eventually Housing had to admit they were at fault . I received compensation and was also moved to another much nicer flat . I’m glad I used this company for my housing issues and would recommend to anyone who has housing issues . 😎

Worst experience my mother and sister went through causing them great distress.
Mother and sister had to keep chasing them. Sister did most of the work in getting charged removed and the solicitor Muhammed Yaqoob still took a cut out of the charges my sister had dealt with!
Kept sending documents back to them!
He even kept hold of some of the money once the sale had gone through my sister had to keep chasing them.

Very unprofessional did not no what he was doing they were going from one place to another due to his lack of understanding.
To be honest this firm should be reported for how much stress they have caused mother!

Very rude staff. Lack of knowledge in law. had to instruct a better solicitor. I had to chase them all the time and tell them what they needed to do. Waste of time. Only interested in getting a cut of your compensation these are not to be trusted at all. Mo Yaqub (the director) has stopped replying and avoids our calls and emails. We have had to report this company to the SRA and the SRA have told us they have had other referrals for this company. Very bad company do not go anywhere near them. The reviews on Trust Pilot are suspiciously positive we and others do not believe these good reviews to be real. The negative reviews are all similar which shows they have all had the same awful experience. They are interested in nothing but their cut alone. Ironic his middle name is Mahroof as he wont get mine fixed.
