During two recent conveyancing processes - the first was concerned with the sale of my apartment, and the second was related to the purchase of another property, - I have consistently received excellent service from from Ozlem Ahmet and the staff at Barnes & Partners Crouch End Branch.

Ozlem's support has always been rigorous and clear-sighted, with an unfailing attention to detail. All of this has sustained me through the inevitable highs and lows of the conveyancing processes, which in each case has lasted several months. As a result, I have the utmost confidence in Ozlem's professionalism and skills. She and her staff have my highest recommendation and therefore I shall be using their services again in the near future.

To anyone who is looking to use Barnes and partners in particular Ozlem Ahmet. I have recently completed on a buy to let property. It took no more than 4 weeks from survey to completion!! (Which is very quick) I have used Ozlem on my past few buy to lets and also on a residential property too and found Ozlem to be very professional and efficient throughout the whole process of the purchase. I also feel like having your own personal solicitor when dealing with the process. Your not passed from one person to another or waiting for messages to be returned etc which can all add up to a delayed process whether your buying or selling. I would Strongly recommend Ozlem if your thinking of buying or selling property. I will definitely be using Ozlems services again.

Just needed a form witnessed which they did at very short notice and was very impressed with how helpful they were, both the receptionist and the solicitor, Ms. Peters. I forgot my face mask but they provided me with one, no problem. Some outfits can make a song and dance about stuff like that. Will definitely use their services in future.
