I was quite nervous about doing a Will and with a complicated situation I am in lifetime legal made everything feel so easy. I feel very at ease and really comfortable at how professional they have dealt with things. I can’t thank this company enough for making such a worrying thing for me personally to deal with feel so calm. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Superb service. Emily went through the whole thing on the phone, sent a draft for us to approve, and then the originals with clear instructions on the signature process. Secure storage was also available. Very happy with the whole thing.

Both my brother and I needed to update our older Wills and took advantage of Lifetime Legal's services. Unfortunately, I was purchasing a property at the time and needed to wait for probate to complete on that property before I could go ahead.
In the meantime, I had sold my previous property and I was using our holiday home on a temporary basis.
This meant that we could not make our Wills as we did not have a registered address until probate cleared.
Lifetime Legal were very patient and kept in touch until such time as we were able to proceed, which we finally managed to do earlier this year.
Throughout the procedure both my brother and I found them to be very professional and helpful in every way.
We certainly would not hesitate to use their services should we need to in the future

The husband of the owner of the house we had intended to buy refused to leave the property. We lost money and time. Lifetime Legal understood the situation and after providing proof, paid out most of the fees we had incurred on our failed transaction. (under Mover Protection)

FRAUD ! Stay away from them as they are the biggest fraudsters i have dealt with. I cannot stress this enough that please find an individual solicitor yourself to close the deal of the house rather than using ANY of their services ! GROSS !

Abysmal service from start to finish. They were Romans estate agents "Recommended Solicitor", it turned out they weren't a solicitor at all but a middle man who charged more than if I had gone to the solicitor directly (confirmed by the solicitor). The solicitor they put me in contact with was next to impossible to get hold of for weeks. The buyer of my flat also used Lifetime legal and their solicitor was even worse, they didn't have a direct phone number!! And we later found out they had sub-contracted out the dept to India. Even after Lifetime legal stated on their website "When you instruct us we provide you with the direct dial telephone number of your lawyer.", this was not true at.

It simply could not have been any worse, it took a simple transaction months extra which led to a huge increase in costs. I just wish I had read some of the reviews of here for conveyancing, it is a lesson learnt. DO NOT USE FOR CONVEYANCING YOU WILL REGRET IT

In reply to the Response from the Owner:

I complained numerous times over the 7 months it took to sell my flat in a chain free transaction. Lifetime Legal, specifically Amy Temple and Rachel Searley, are aware of how bad these solicitors are, so this isn’t new feedback you are receiving. I asked to see details of your “regular reviews” of the solicitors in questions but was told you aren’t able to share that. And reviews I have read online show this is far from an isolated incident.

I was even told by the Romans estate agent that “he has had a couple of people tell him how bad lifetime legal are and wanted to pass on further information to his area manager”.

To date I have had no one follow up from Lifetime Legal on how bad their solicitors were. Are Pro Conveyancing and Saracens still on your panel, Adam? I see from google reviews on Pro Conveyancing that fellow customers of Lifetime legal have been recommended them within the last few months, and had an awful time, despite me giving terrible feedback to you months ago. Which suggests your attestation you "take feedback seriously", is a bit hollow!

I should add that the final bill was £1,971.60 and my solicitor confirmed it would have been roughly £1200+VAT had I gone directly with them.

I was contacted by Mr Connor King in regards to the sale of my nans property as we had trouble in contacting Lawcomm Solicitors. During our phone call Connor was extremely helpful and very quick in responding as and when stated. He helped me deal with a lot of different issues in a very prompt manner. 5⭐ rating for Connor alone
