All the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to give advice and really know their stuff. The gym is well equipped and there is a good range of classes.

Went to aqua aerobics on the Monday as a way to keep me fit during pregnancy. Pool is lovely, instructor was great and the class did its job well, but very annoyingly the changing rooms are shut for refurbishment, and there was no warning about this when I booked the ticket. As a consequence you have to wait outside until the time of your class, and after you have to change under you towel at the side of the pool infront of male lifeguards which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Apparently the changing rooms won't reopen until January, but even then no guarantee. Hence why only 3 stars
