Had my son's 7th birthday party at Jump City today. The whole process was smooth & easy from first booking to the running of the actual party. Staff were efficient and unintrusive. It was a hot day so was pleased to discover the party room had air conditioning. All the kids loved the jumping.

ticket is expensive for one hour, the staff is pure And rude, the music is loud, dirty and dusty is everywhere, the food is not tasty, I do not recommend it to anyone, if you don’t have booking no chance to come in

Really small trampoline park. Max age should be 8-10. My children 11,13 & 15 found it very boring compared to other trampoline parks. Staff ineffective at dealing with children that hit. I wouldn’t return or recommend

Need some adult management being run by kids went there for a party on saturday the staff were disorganized, rude, arguing with each other in front of customers.
For the money they charge I expected better.

DANGEROUS PLACE!!! We came for a birthday party, it was the first time and probably the last!! Kids jumping next to each other bump their head with force. My four year old son ended up with a massive bump on
his head and a broken tooth!!!
They have two jumping platforms right next to each other at different heights. I was on the lower one with my 4 year old giving him courage. There is a young lady on the other side trying to manage it, we let older people go before us then when she said we could go I was counting with my son and when he jumped another much older child jumped at the same time!!! They landed with force together my son on the kids legs! I didn’t even see he was there turning my back to the higher platform… I told the girl she said it was our turn, she said “you know it’s difficult to manage when there are people on both platforms.”. Really it’s just an unsafe arrangement. My son seemed ok so we carried on with the party but soon after he complained about his bottom teeth and I noticed one was broken!! After trips to emergency dentist and X-ray at his own we found it broke all the way through!!! They make kids watch safety videos and sign waivers and they have ice packs and pre printed forms really just to cover their backs. This place is dangerous, especially for young children and when people don’t care. Sent an email with no answers. Really really upset

Clean, organised well and simple. Staff are cool and there are alot of them about. Equipment is all ok . The only issue I had is the place is a bit cramped and very small in terms of activities. Other jump parks are really big in comparison

Every Wednesday @ Jump City UK #ABLITZERATION #BOOTCAMP its a fun enjoyable workout if you seriously want to get fit, build strength and endurance plus burn calories of 500+
in an hour then this is best workout by far, a fitness adventure, like no other.
I must mention i was taken back by the cleanliness of the space and ladies w.c  would put other gyms to shame 5☆
